Subprocessors

This page describes third-party providers used to support Usertour Cloud, including hosting, storage, analytics, AI translation, and billing. The data processed by each provider depends on the features used and the information supplied to the service.

| Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3) | Storage of customer-uploaded files and images. | Uploaded files, images, and associated file information. |
| Cloudflare | Content delivery, DNS, web application firewall (WAF), and database backup storage through Cloudflare R2. | Network requests and related information, delivered content, and customer data contained in database backups. |
| PostHog Cloud | Management dashboard product analytics and error diagnostics. | Dashboard user identifiers, email addresses, project identifiers, usage events, and error information. |
| OpenRouter | AI-powered machine translation when the translation feature is used. | Text submitted for translation and the generated translations. |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing. | Billing contact information, subscription details, and payment-related information. |
AI translation
When a customer uses AI translation, the submitted text is sent through OpenRouter to the model provider selected or routed for that request. Information about model providers and their data practices is available in OpenRouter's provider directory and Privacy Policy.
Customer-configured integrations
When a customer connects an integration or webhook, data may also be sent to the destinations configured by that customer. The data sent depends on the integration and its settings.
Deployment scope
The providers listed above support Usertour Cloud. Self-hosted deployments use the infrastructure and services selected by the customer.
